Issue / Request

Change the Audit Target % calculation to always base the Target % to the overall risk level of the functional area and not just the rooms added to the audit.

Resolution

The FRB Audit Target % will now be based on 100% of the active rooms in the functional area regardless if they are added to the audit or not.

Functional Area - Blended Risk (FRB)

Issue / Request

We need to update all of the Cleaning reports (and dashboards) to use the target % saved in the audit instead of calculating the risk based on the current FA risk. We also need to include the audit risk level in the date-range report grouping.

Resolution

Added an 'Apply FRB' filter on all the Cleaning Dashboards and Reports which changes the grouping of the report based on the functional area risk level. For more details, check the FRB Target Score document.

Add colouring on the Star Rating column and allow users to specify the colour for each of the available rating.

Resolution

Added a new section on the Table Maintenance view for 'Star Rating Colour'. Users can assign a colour per star rating and this will be displayed on the following reports: Cleaning Scores, Cleaning Scores By Risk, and Cleaning Scores By Organisation.

Added an @EVENT_BY email placeholder which can be used on the following triggers: Ticket Created, Ticket On-Hold, and/or Ticket Closed. The value will be converted by the automated email process to the name of the person who created the ticket, placed the ticket on-hold, and/or closed the ticket.

We need to find a mechanism that allows Survey users to generate multiple 'actions'/tickets from their surveys as currently the system is limiting them to the number of Resp Grp columns we add in to the grid.

Resolution

Added an Enable Grid config on the Survey Answers' entry type. When the config is ticked, this will give the user a grid editor so they can add multiple answers on a single cell.

Resolution

Amended the query used by the dashboard to exclude the cancelled tickets when calculating the status. If the most recent scheduled ticket is cancelled, then 'Overdue' will display on the dashboard.

The client wants to define a different cut off time for the 'Portering' tasks. Therefore, we have added a module on Table Maintenance / Business Hours configuration so admins can specify the cut off times for the Task Management, Portering, and Cleaning tickets which will be used on the SLA calculation.

Add 2 new combo forms into the schedule frequency tables to control if the schedule should generate tickets on weekends and bank holidays. These 2 fields should include options to include/exclude or only. A mechansim will be required to find bank holidays based on a "country" field in the options table

- Converted the 'Exclude Weekend' check flag to a 'Weekend' select field with the following options: Exclude, Include, and Only.

- Added a 'Holiday' field with the same select field options.

- Adjusted the schedule projection calculation process.

The photos didn't get copied across on the asset survey remedial tickets.

Resolution

Added a new config on the Task Advanced Options / Survey Link for enabling photos on the survey grid. If the Enable Photos config is enabled, a photo icon will be displayed on each row of the survey grid on the Helpdesk, Task Manual Feedback, or Tasking Mobile. The photos or documents added on each row will be copied across on the remedial ticket.

Allow users to scan QR codes when creating tickets from the mobile application.

Resolution

- Added Physical Location and Physical Location - Rooms on the Advanced Options / QR Code Fields panel so users can activate which fields they want to include on the QR code data.

- Implemented the QR code scanner on the Mobile Tasking / Create Ticket form.
NOTE: For the QR Code scan to work, you must activate the Location ID / Room ID fields in the Advanced Options view.
