Issue / Request

Add extra fields in the Asset Details view for Notes (text) and Condition (module option)

Resolution

Added the 'Notes' and 'Condition' field in the Asset Details / Asset List views.

Note: The 'Condition' field is a module option field so users can add options via the Table Maintenance view.

Issue / Request

Add the following 'Actions' on the Asset List view:

1. Change Location, 2. Change Organisation, 3. Set Equip Type, and 4. Set Equip Sub Type

Resolution

Added the 'Action' button in the Asset list view with the following button menu:

1. Change Location - Allows the user to re-allocate the asset to another location

2. Change Organisation - Allows the user to re-allocate the asset to another organisation

3. Set Equip Type - Allows the user to reset the Asset - Equip Type

4. Set Equip Subtype - Allows the user to reset the Asset - Equip Subtype (note, this must be a valid subtype for the equip type.)

Audit Group Creation / Sign-off Process

Issue / Request

The Audit Group Risk % does not match the % values defined in the FR settings..

Resolution

The issue occurs when the user change the risk after the audit is created.

Updated the save process to update the Audit Group's risk % values on creation and when the audit is signed off.

Monitoring - Result Failures

Issue / Request

The client wants to run a report which shows all the areas which have failed due to ceiling tiles against the new standards.

Resolution

Added the Standards filter in the Monitoring - Result Failures view. This allows the user to filter by 2007 or 2021 standards.

Note, the 2021 option is only available for clients who are already in the 2021 standards. Applying this filter mean that the 'Monitoring Elements' combo options will also be filtered based on the selected standards as well as the grid results.

Performance Monitoring View

Issue / Request

When user reapplies a different filter on the Performance Monitoring View and the return have 0 records, it does not clear the previous records in the grid.

Resolution

Amended the grid-reconfigure function to always clear & re-draw the grid on click of the Apply Filter button.

Monitoring - Results Details

Issue / Request

User: "When we want to add an element to a room, although the button "add element" is present on the screen, it doesn't seem to be doing anything. When the audit was carried out, that room had 10 more elements not showing."

Resolution

Fixed the 'Add Element' button handler. When clicked, this should give the user the Monitoring Elements lookup and should only allow the user to add elements that are not included in the audit.

Issue / Request

User: "I have a selection of audits that are showing on staffs iPad, that have been created in error and I want to try remove them as it is slowing down their tablets when they are logging in downloading it over again. I'm trying to sign off stating in notes its created in error but they are still showing."

Resolution

Amended the validation to allow users to sign off 100% of the functional area as 'Not Done'.

Mobile Cleaning

Issue / Request

User has reported that they failed some elements against the 'Housekeeping' group but they are not appearing in the report.

Resolution

Investigated and found the issue. The 'Housekeeper', 'Contractor', and 'Other' responsible group options are inactive from Table Maintenance yet the user was able to select them from the mobile app. We fixed the issue by removing the inactive responsible groups from the mobile options.

Mobile Cleaning

Issue / Request

User has reported that she tried to mark all rooms as 'Not Done' on the mobile app but when she tried to sign off the area, the 'sign off' button becomes greyed out and no error message on the screen to say why it won't sign the audits off.

Resolution

Investigated the issue and found that the 'Sign Off' button stays disabled when the user completes ALL room audits with a 'Not Done' reason. Fixed the issue by amending the 'Sign Off' button disable/enable formula and made sure that the system checks that ALL audits are completed - regardless if its been marked as Not Done or not - before the button is activated.

Issue / Request

Allow for a row active test so we can show/hide questions depending on the answer on the previous question/s.

Resolution

Added a mechanism in survey so we can show/hide questions depending on the selected answer on the previous questions in the grid. e.g.:

 

Q1, do you like the colour red? (Yes / No)

Q2, if Yes, please say why.

 

Note, we can add an active test on Q2 so it automatically gets hidden from the grid if the user answers 'No' on Q1.

Add a new check field in the Survey Template view called "Include Template on All Locations". When checked, it means the user does not need to go in the Survey Template Locations view as the template will automatically get activated for ALL locations.

Resolution

Task Ticket - Schedule Process

Issue / Request

Allow for multiple assets to be allocated against a single ticket.

Resolution

Allowed users to create a scheduled templates with the Asset Type, Location,  Equip Type, and/or Equip Subtype defined which will then be used in the 'Create Ticket' schedule process to query all assets that match the categories and create a single ticket for all assets found.

Task Helpdesk

Issue / Request

Add Task Category and Sub Category to the helpedesk. Add duplicate ticket check for outstanding tickets for the same location with the same category and sub category.

Resolution

Added the Category and Subcategory fields in the Task Helpdesk / Task List views. When populated, the system will look for tickets with the same category/subcategory and warn the user of outstanding tickets before proceeding with the create process.

Resolution

Added a filter bar on the Task List - Results grid. This allows the user to add extra bit of filtering on the results of the initial query. Note, this is a local filter and will only get applied on the current page of the results grid.

Mobile Tasking

Issue / Request

Allow for tickets to be generated from the mobile, enable the auto-sync, open associated documents, and enable push notification.

Resolution

Implemented the following on the Mobile Application - Tasking module:

1. Allow for tickets to be generated from the mobile - Added a security token called "Allow User to Create Tickets From Mobile". All the users who have this permission should see the 'Create Ticket' button  from the menu in the Ticket List view.

2. Enable Auto-Sync - Users can enable this from the Menu - Auto Sync Settings button. They will get presented with a box that will allow them to set the number of minutes for the auto-sync interval.

3. Open associated documents - This action requires the user to have a network connection. They can click on the document name and the mobile app will then fetch the document content from the database and download it to the device.

4. Enable Push Notification - This can be activated from the Device Settings page. When enabled, the user should get a notification each time a ticket is allocated to them.

Resolution

Created an auto-refresh mechanism for fmfirst-cloud charts & grids. When activated on the view, the user should see an 'Auto Refresh' field where they can set the number of seconds for the auto-refresh interval. (Note, this is currently only available in the Task Management module).
