Issue / Request

Add tooltips to the mobile cleaning application for the element specification field.

Resolution

Added an action button in the element list, when clicked this shows a pop-up box with the element specification. Note: you can add the element specification by logging into the main application and going into the Cleaning / Monitoring Elements view.

Add a system parameter for re-audits to create against the Audit Group Score and not the Room Audit Score.

Resolution

Added a new system parameter:  "Check the Re-audit % Against the Audit Group Score (Y/N)"

When the parameter is set to 'Yes', then the re-audits will only get created if the overall Audit Group Score is lower than or equal to the re-audit percentage.

Allow for the clients to overwrite the Star %, Target Audit %, and Amber % values on the new standards.

Resolution

Stored the Overall functional area risk percentage values on the Audit Group record to allow the users to overwrite the 2021 Cleaning Standards suggested % values. This can then be used for calculating the Audit Star percentage and the report RAG colours.

3. Responsible Group.

The Responsible Group filter doesn't apply on the report.

When you apply a Clinical Responsible Group filter, it still returns the overall score % on the grid and not the group %.

Updated the Task Templates view and implemented the following:

- Extended the max value of the 'length' field to 28.

- Added 'Every x Week' frequency option on the user interface and updated the background schedule process to pick up the new weekly frequency.
